It looks like the younger crowd got some KPop to listen to.

When it comes to KPop, there's the KPop that I typically post that is targeted at adults and then there's KPop that is targeted at teens.

Here's a good example of a KPop group for teens. They're called Teen Top and their first song is called Clap. Note, I don't normally post this stuff, but I figure it's good to be able to tell the difference between teen KPop and adult KPop. I'd probably put groups like Infinite and DN-A in this same teen category.

BIG release today!

On July 21, Se7en finally made his comeback after four years. For reference, Se7en is a solo artist who was famous before BigBang members were even trainees, and we all know how huge BigBang is now. Back then, Se7en was one of THE biggest artists. And now he's back with Digital Bounce. I think the song is fantastic. Se7en here relies on a lot of heavy techno (almost video game music) for his backdrop, in the same way SS501 typically relies on orchestra music.

Also on July 21, due to Girl's Day having a very poor reception of their debut song Tilt My Head, they have released their next song called Summer Special. Tilt My Head grew on me over time, but I can see that it's a very niche song. This is much more mainstream and probably more palatable for building a fan base.

Well, July is offcially over. Here's a fun release by DJ DOC (old school rap group from the 90's) that features them dancing to After School's Bang, Lee Hyori's Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and CNBlue's Love. I have to admit, it's very catchy.

We also had other releases by Davichi, JQ and Shin Bong Sun, and 2AM's Changmin and 8eight's Lee Hyun

For our Chinese readers, Hangeng (ex member of Super Junior) is now a solo Chinese artist and has released two music videos in Mandarin called Holding An Umbrella and Say No

Also, I've mentioned before about the four performance shows where all the biggest artists get together to perform every single week. That's just amazing to me, and I hope those shows never stop.

Here's one performance on M Countdown by Se7en doing Digital Bounce with TOP. It is just one performance of 15-20 per show. I wish they had shows like that over here in the US. It just really proves the talent level and the amount of practice that they are able to dance and sing and sound good all at the same time, even the dancing groups don't get to just lip sync in live performances.
